We recognize that businesses and the economy have crossed the Rubicon and are now at a crossroad. We can either retain our current mindsets, or develop new workplace stratagems to embrace new possibilities for the New Economy and allow ourselves to increase and flourish.
We aim to foster an environment where everyone has a voice, where problems and fears are heard and addressed, so that as we journey through the Rubicon together, we grow and achieve resilience for the New Economy.
Be MAD with just about anything
We are all emotional creatures. From being angry to being happy, from wanting to be alone, to being the life of the party; it can all switch in a moment. Sometimes by choice, and then sometimes beyond our control. As such we've learnt to accept, endure, cope and adapt to these changes; sometimes successfully, sometimes not so successfully. When that happens, the bad stuff can get in the way of the good stuff. That's why it's all about making a difference (MAD), and here at The Rubicon Forum we want you to be MAD, to be MAD about everything.
